This is a setter role — qualifying inbound leads, having warm conversations across Instagram and other channels, and booking the right people onto calls with Harry. No closing. Just connecting the right people to the right conversation.
A setting role worth caring about.
We need someone who is great with people — warm but focused, able to qualify quickly, hold a conversation with someone who is exhausted and uncertain, and guide them toward booking a call.
This isn't cold calling. Our leads are warm inbound — people who've already expressed interest. But you still need to be sharp, consistent, and genuinely care about the person on the other end.
We want this to be a long-term hire. The right person will grow with us — eventually moving into a closing role or leading our setter team as we scale.
"I've experienced how utterly shattering chronic illness can be. I'm so incredibly blessed to be back to a position where I love my life again. I now want to share this with as many people as possible."
On the Mend is on a mission to change the way we treat chronic illness and trauma. We're looking for someone who wants to be genuinely part of that — to help connect the right people with the support that can actually change their lives.
Day to day, you're the first voice someone hears from On the Mend. You'll work inbound leads from the Typeform, reach out via Instagram DMs and other social channels, have warm qualifying conversations, and book the right people onto calls with Harry. You are not closing — your job is to connect.
Many of the people you'll speak with are exhausted, uncertain, and hoping this might be the thing that finally helps. The right setter makes them feel genuinely heard and guided — not pressured. That warmth is as important as your ability to qualify and book.
Lived experience of chronic illness or nervous system dysregulation is a genuine advantage in this role — we know what it means to be on the other end of these conversations.
No specific qualification required — we care far more about attitude, ability, and track record than credentials.
"We're trying to reach hundreds of thousands of people who are suffering. That takes real commitment — from everyone."
We're a small team moving fast toward a genuinely huge mission. We expect a lot — energy, ownership, consistency, and a willingness to be pushed. We don't do comfortable mediocrity.
In return, you'll get radically candid feedback (the kind that actually helps you grow), a front-row seat to building something significant, and the chance to look back in a few years and say you were part of the team that changed how the world treats chronic illness.
